Speak to Bizstart
A business setup partner, not just a paperwork service
Bizstart is a Dubai-licensed corporate service provider that registers companies in the UAE and manages everything a new business needs to trade, the trade licence, residence visas, corporate tax registration, accounting and banking.
One dedicated consultant owns your file from the first call to the open bank account. Government fees are always shown separately from our service fee, so you see exactly what each party charges.
Does Bizstart handle the full setup, not just the licence?
Yes, Bizstart manages the complete lifecycle, formation, visas, Emirates ID, corporate tax, accounting and banking, rather than the licence alone.

A decade through three major reforms
Bizstart has adapted its process through every shift in UAE business law since 2013, keeping client setups compliant at each stage.
Begins as a corporate service provider for company formation and licensing.
Adds VAT registration and accounting as 5% VAT takes effect above AED 375,000 turnover.
Restructures mainland setups after the Commercial Companies Law removes the local-sponsor rule.
Adds 9% corporate tax registration and filing across its client base.
Is Bizstart a new company?
No, Bizstart has operated since 2013, with experience spanning the UAE's VAT, ownership and corporate-tax reforms.
We treat formation as the start of the relationship, not the end.
Our value is error prevention and authority relationships. A rejected application costs more in lost weeks than the service fee, so accurate first-time filing, and support that continues through every renewal, is what Bizstart is built to deliver.
Company formation in all 7 emirates
Headquartered in Dubai, Bizstart files formations wherever your activity fits best, and is a registered agent for five major free zones: IFZA, SHAMS, SPC, Meydan and DMCC.
Does Bizstart only work in Dubai?
No, despite being Dubai-based, Bizstart forms companies in every emirate and free zone, and sets up most free zone companies remotely.
Transparent, accountable, built for the long term
Four principles shape how we quote fees, assign consultants and support companies after formation.
Transparent fees
Government fees and our service fee are always itemised separately, with no bundled mark-ups.
One dedicated consultant
The same advisor manages your file from first call to bank account, with no hand-offs.
Registered-agent access
Direct filing rights with IFZA, SHAMS, SPC, Meydan and DMCC speed approvals and cut rejections.
Full lifecycle support
Formation, visas, accounting, tax and renewals sit with one firm, so nothing falls between providers.
Remote-friendly
Most free zone companies are formed remotely, with one visit for the visa medical and Emirates ID.
100% ownership
Every client owns 100% of their UAE company, following the 2021 Commercial Companies Law reform.
Common questions about Bizstart
Is Bizstart a registered agent for free zones?
Yes, Bizstart is a registered agent for five major free zones, IFZA, SHAMS, SPC, Meydan and DMCC.
Registered-agent status means the authority recognises Bizstart to file formations for clients, which speeds approvals and reduces rejected paperwork. For other zones it files through the standard channel.
How much does a setup through Bizstart cost?
A UAE company starts from AED 5,750 in government fees, with all-in 0-visa free zone packages from about AED 8,325.
The final figure depends on the jurisdiction, visas, office type and activity. Government fees and our service fee are always quoted separately.
Can Bizstart set up my company if I live abroad?
Yes, most free zone companies are formed fully remotely with attested passport copies.
An overseas founder usually enters the UAE only once, for the visa medical, Emirates ID biometrics and, for some banks, an account interview.
Does Bizstart handle corporate tax and accounting?
Yes, Bizstart provides bookkeeping, VAT and corporate tax registration and filing.
According to the UAE Federal Tax Authority, corporate tax is 9% on profit above AED 375,000 and 0% below it. Every company must keep accurate books to file it, so we set up compliant accounting from month one.
